Shipper/receiver - Delivery/pick Up Driver

**Job Summary**
We are a steel fabrication (welding) company looking for a driver to make pick ups and deliveries. As well as loading and unloading trailers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Prepare outgoing shipments by packing, labeling, and documenting items according to company standards.
- Operate forklifts (must have certification), reach trucks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain, clean and organized work areas (trucks) to ensure safety and efficiency.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Must have experience driving a 1 ton truck with a 30' trailer.
- Yard experience an asset
- Bonding is required.
- Experience operating forklifts (must have certification) or reach trucks is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

This position is crucial for maintaining the efficiency of our operations, ensuring that all products are shipped accurately and on time. If you have the skills and experience required, we encourage you to apply. Our shop hours are Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm.
