We’re looking for a skilled **Experienced Arborist** to take on the role of **Shop Foreman** and lead our hardworking team. If you have a passion for tree care, strong leadership skills, and hands-on experience, this is your opportunity to grow with a company that values expertise and teamwork

**What You’ll Do**:
Oversee daily shop operations and crew activities
Train, mentor, and assist arborists and ground crew
Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are upheld
Maintain and manage equipment and inventory
Perform tree pruning, removals, and other arboricultural tasks as needed

**What You Bring**:
Proven experience as an **arborist** with climbing and equipment expertise
Strong **leadership** and **organizational** skills
Excellent **communication** and **problem-solving** abilities
**Valid Class 5 driver’s license with Q Endorsement**
**Clean 3-year Driver’s Abstract**
**Must be 25 years or older**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
