You will be working as a Customer Service/Parking Lot Attendant for the Cloverdale depot. As an Attendant, you will be responsible for assisting customers and educating customers on the stewardship programs offered at Regional Recycling. In addition, you will listen to customer needs and preferences and provide them with the right direction to get the benefits of services offered at Regional Recycling.

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR..**
- High school diploma and/or minimum 1+ year of experience in a customer service role in a warehouse/recycling/waste management or similar environment.
- Willing to learn and have an outgoing and positive personality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- High-energy, self-motivated team player with the ability to multitask.
- Good customer service skills, effective communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and able to lift to 40 lbs.
- Comfortable using android tablets.
- High commitment to personal safety and the safety of others.

**WHAT YOU WILL GET TO DO**

Reporting directly to managers, the Customer Service/Parking Lot Attendant will perform tasks such as:

- Greeting customers upon their arrival and ensuring they understand the process while providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Increase customer awareness of Regional Recycling services.
- Parking lot management (cleanliness, customer service).
- Cart Management (maintenance and cleanliness).
- Assist customers with their recyclables when required to help.
- Accurate and efficient processing of receivables.
- Full Knowledge of all stewardship programs offered at the depot. Continuous training is provided.
- Provide excellent & superior customer service to our customers within the parking & customer service area.
- Ensure and maintain accurate and efficient standards in the sorting and counting of beverage containers, following Regional Recycling’s purchasing policies and procedures as well as all stewardship quality assurance requirements.
- Other tasks as assigned by the managers or supervisors.
