Pilates Instructor

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct engaging and effective Pilates classes for individuals and groups, ensuring proper technique and safety.
- Educate clients on the benefits of Pilates, providing personalized guidance based on their fitness levels and goals.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages client participation and retention.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills by maintaining class schedules and ensuring timely start and end times.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
- Lead workshops or special classes as needed to enhance client experience and promote community engagement.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio space, ensuring all equipment is properly stored and maintained.

**Qualifications**
- Certification in Pilates instruction from a recognized program is required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively educate clients on exercises and techniques.
- Bilingual proficiency (English plus another language) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in motivating clients in a group setting.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships with clients.
- Time management skills to effectively balance class preparation, instruction, and administrative duties.
- A passion for health, fitness, and wellness that inspires others to pursue their fitness journeys.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Freelance

Pay: $22.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week
