Exceldor Cooperative in Hanover, Ontario is hiring on their day shift for a General Labourer to process poultry to Halal standards.

**Hours of Work**:

- Monday-Friday, 5:45 AM - approximately 3:00 PM
- Hours per week vary depending on season but there is the often the opportunity to sign up for extra hours in other departments during slower times.

**Additional Wage Information**:

- Hourly rate increases from $21.16/hour to $23.51/hour after 6 months of active service
- Weekly attendance incentive: additional $1.25 per hour, up to 40 regular hours per week
- Job type Permanent**Required qualifications**:

- Must be able to meet the requirements of poultry processing as prescribed by Halal standards
- Must be aware of humane handling procedures
- Demonstrated understanding of food safety (to be tested)
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position
- Excellent attendance
