As **Bakery Manager**, you'll oversee all aspects of our bakery—from daily production and product quality to staffing and scheduling. You’ll bring consistency to the back end and warmth to the front, ensuring every customer leaves with a delicious product and a positive experience.

**About the role**:

- Train, manage, and motivate a team to ensure productivity and a positive work environment
- Handle daily scheduling, coordination, and communication with your team
- Manage inventory, ordering, and bakery systems to maintain stock and minimize waste
- Provide clear communication on performance expectations, policies, and store updates
- Jump in to support the team and help with production as needed

**About You**:

- You have 4+ years of experience in bakery or retail leadership roles
- You’re a skilled baker who leads by example and knows how to guide a team
- You’re organized, efficient, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- You’re comfortable using store systems for scheduling, ordering, and inventory management
- You’re physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing the physical tasks of a bakery environment
