**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage all aspects of convenience store operations, including lottery and tobacco sales, inventory management, cash handling, and sales reporting.
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to foster a positive work environment.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions using POS systems and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly while maintaining phone etiquette.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions to improve store performance.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in convenience store or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong skills in cash handling, math, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- A solid understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Familiarity with market trends and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
