**Your Role - Excellence in Every Dish**

As a Breakfast Culinarian, you will play a key role in crafting memorable breakfast experiences while maintaining the highest standards of consistency, quality, and food safety.

Working in a fast-paced, structured environment, you will uphold IHG’s global culinary reputation, ensuring that each dish meets the expectations of our valued guests.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare consistently high-quality breakfast dishes, adhering to precise recipes and portion standards.
- Maintain IHG’s global culinary standards, ensuring uniformity in taste, presentation, and service.
- Execute food preparation with efficiency and precision, ensuring readiness for service.
- Strictly follow food safety and hygiene protocols, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen in compliance with IHG and Holiday Inn’s operational requirements.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment properly, ensuring efficiency and durability.
- Monitor stock levels and food rotation, ensuring freshness and minimizing waste.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team, supporting buffet setup and smooth service.
- Follow Holiday Inn’s established kitchen procedures, upholding compliance with brand standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and development, reinforcing IHG’s commitment to continuous learning and growth.

- Proven experience as a culinarian in a high-standard kitchen, preferably within a hotel environment.
- Commitment to consistency and attention to detail, ensuring every dish meets quality expectations.
- Strong work ethic and ability to perform under pressure, maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced setting.
- Comprehensive understanding of food safety, sanitation protocols, following strict compliance standards.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team mindset.
- Physical capability to lift up to 100 lbs and sustain long hours in a kitchen environment.

Pay: $22.08 per hour
