We are looking for a Food and Beverage District Manager to oversee the daily operations of one of our busiest corproate locations. This location is tied to three other seasonal park concessions that will also fall under the managers umbrella.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of the food and beverage operations, including the kitchen and restaurant areas
- Organize and oversee all catering and special events
- Be the main point of contact for our clients, maintaining and building our relationship
- Manage and train staff members, ensuring they provide exceptional customer service and are following company policies and procedures
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative ideas to enhance overall experience
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team of food and beverage staff
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, staff, and vendors, and clients
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and able to accurately manage financial transactions
- Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and cooking techniques to maintain quality standards
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and ability to enforce proper hygiene practices
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating employees
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Understanding of kitchen operations and ability to coordinate food service activities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
