**Overview**
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Health Care Aides to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support and care to individuals in various settings, including assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and private homes. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting them with daily activities and personal care needs.

**Duties**
As a Health Care Aide, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Supporting patients with mobility and heavy lifting as needed
- Assisting with meal preparation and ensuring proper nutrition
- Administering medications as prescribed and monitoring patient health
- Offering companionship and emotional support to clients
- Performing light cleaning duties to maintain a safe and hygienic environment
- Assisting individuals with disabilities in daily activities
- Supporting clients with dementia care and hospice care needs
- Documenting patient progress and reporting any changes in condition to nursing staff

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or senior care settings
- Must have a GOOD COMMAND OF ENGLISH.
- Must have a class 5 drivers license and OWN A CAR.
- Must be a FEMALE with decency and honesty.
- Knowledge of patient care techniques and caregiving best practices
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or dementia care is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting when necessary
- Certification in home care or nursing aide programs is preferred
