**Overview**

**Duties**
- Operate forklifts
- Perform order picking tasks accurately.
- Conduct routine inspections of forklifts and other equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
- Assist in loading and unloading shipments, ensuring that all items are handled with care.
- Maintain an organized workspace by properly storing materials and keeping aisles clear.
- Perform heavy lifting as required, adhering to safety guidelines to prevent injuries.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
- Relief Driving and Data Entry as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Forklift Operator or in a similar role within warehouse distribution.
- Familiarity with order picking processes and warehouse management systems is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to forklift operation and maintenance.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and order verification.
- Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in handling orders.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Valid forklift operator certification is preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided.
