We are looking to expand our growing staff. We offer Renovation, Repairs, & Re-modelling Services for Toronto & The Greater Toronto Area, specifically in the condominium industry. At Condo Handyman we are customer service oriented with customer satisfaction as our first priority. We are looking for skilled and motivated individuals to join our growing team.

**Working Description**:

- Drywall & Taping
- Flooring Installation/Repairs; Hardwood Flooring, Laminate & Tiling
- Baseboard, Crown Molding, Trim Work Installation
- Painting: Interior
- Repairs
- Electrical Installation/Repairs
- Hardware Replacements
- General condo repairs and maintenance
- Plumbing Installation/Repairs
- Manage Time Effectively & Work Independently
- Working with Project Managers, Interior Designers, & Home Owners

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Oral & Written Communication: Handyman technician must be fluent in reading / writing and speaking English.
- Possess and maintain a clean Driver’s License valid in Ontario.
- Also, must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in all aspects of interior renovations and repairs.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently
- Ability to provide effective problem solving and recommend solutions
- Ability to provide outside customer service
- Personal hand tools are required to perform assigned scope of work.
- Reliable Form of Transportation: Working Van or Truck is mandatory in working with the organization.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Etobicoke, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
