Bilingual Account Manager

As an **Account Manager**, you will be responsible for taking a proactive approach to analyzing data from our suppliers and clients in order to maximize the value of the QUASEP program to the members. Your focus will be to provide analysis and tools to the outside team for use with members as well as to assist the Supply Chain team. This position is based in the Brossard, QC regional office.
**Responsibilities**:
- The primary objectives of this position are to support the existing QUASEP client through analysis of data and to provide field sales teams with reporting. This position will call on your analytical skills, service mindset and drive to effectively service, maintain, and support the QUASEP members.
- Reviews and verifies accuracy of file transmissions and investigate identified reporting gaps and/or issues and follow up with appropriate parties until issues are resolved.
- Communicate frequently with Aramark Supply Chain Management and other CPS/QUASEP team members as required.
Working closely with CPS Vice President and Québec team, you will:
- Support the QUASEP client base through phone, on-line and visitation with supplier assistance, counseling, business reviews, operational tools and any other means designed to create and maintain strong client relationship.
- You will support the company’s industry profile by participating in corporate and industry functions and events to enhance QUASEP’s presence in the industry through building client and industry relationships and networks.
- You will contribute to QUASEP overall market and communication strategy by sustaining/updating accurate market information and by participating in the design/enhancement of business tools and selling material.
**Qualifications**:
- College or University graduate in Foodservice Management, Administration or Marketing preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience as purchasing or sales coordinator in institutional foodservice or hospitality setting
- Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken) required
- Strong analytical/critical thinking skills and time management
- Perceptive, strategic, innovative, driven, and flexible
- Outstanding relationship building and strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office Suite and CRM software
- Must demonstrate a minimum of **Level 2 **MS Excel proficiency
- Self-motivated and autonomous
- Knowledge of senior living, hospitality and foodservice market players and logistics
