Merlin Plastics is a well-diversified, growing plastic recycler, and plastic extrusion pellet producer with multiple operations within North America.

We are looking for a Production Helpers/ General Labor who can help machine operator to run production machines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Able to help in all areas of the facility
- Able to work for a 12 hour shift
- Always maintain housekeeping in the working area
- Shovel plastic
- Can lift/move up to 50 lbs.
- Able to drive or learn a forklift
- Works well under stress
- Adhere to Health and Safety standards and have a safety-first work style
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Able to work fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, courteous manner, personality and flexibility
- Consistently reliable and dependable.

- Bonus: $400 after 1040 hours - around 6 months of employment and $400 after 2080 hours - around 12 months of employment
