**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive repair and maintenance including tire services. Your expertise in customer service and mechanical knowledge will help ensure a seamless experience for our clients, while also driving sales through effective upselling of services.

**Duties**
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their automotive needs.
- Provide clear explanations of services required and the associated costs.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with mechanics to ensure timely completion of services.
- Educate additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and service history.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an automotive or dealership setting.
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with automotive repair processes and terminology is highly desirable.
- Mechanical knowledge that allows for effective communication with technicians.
- Sales experience with a focus on educating on services is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly convey information to customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
