**Location**: Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

**Job Type**: [Full-Time]

**Salary**: - negotiable on the bases of experience

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- Repair and replace fixtures, doors, windows, and other components.
- Inspect and diagnose issues to determine proper solutions.
- Assemble and install furniture and equipment.
- Ensure all work is completed in a safe and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations
- Keep track of tools and materials, ensuring they are in good condition and properly stored.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role
- Proficiency in various repair and maintenance techniques
- Valid driver’s license.
- Fork Lift and Bobcat Operator
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items and perform physical tasks.
