**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform a variety of aesthetic services, including facials, body waxing, and eyelash extensions.
- Conduct thorough skin assessments to recommend appropriate treatments and products.
- Provide product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare routines and product usage.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and front desk areas.
- Assist with retail sales by upselling products that complement the services provided.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive guest experience through hospitality-focused interactions.

**Experience**
- Previous experience as an Aesthetician or in a related field is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience in front desk operations, including appointment scheduling and client management, is a plus.
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques and upselling strategies to enhance client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with medical grade product lines would be an asset.
- Ability to perform various aesthetic treatments confidently
