Our team’s goal is to make sure Sherweb is on the right path to long-term growth. You will contribute to this goal by performing various financial analyses necessary for decision-making by the management of the company. You will be very involved in the budgetary and forecasting process and in the analysis of the gaps versus the expected results. You will also support the financial aspect of the operational and corporate projects of the company.
- Prepare monthly financial reports including budget variance analysis by business unit and department;
- Participate in cost allocation and analysis process (++);
- Act as a business partner to our managers in supporting their business decisions through the interpretation of financial information;
- Participate in the forecasting and budgetary process for consolidated results and by business unit;
- Carry out financial analyses and ad hoc presentations as needed to ensure the necessary support of business partners in the context of their activities;
- Prepare the key performance indicators and explain related variances;
- Participate in improvement and automation initiatives for financial reporting and forecasting and budgeting improvement;
- Collaborate with the accounting team in month end process.

**Here's what you need to have and master to get the job**
- 2-5 years of experience related to the position;
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, combined with an accounting designation (CPA);
- Advanced Excel, Power BI and proficiency in the Office suite;
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 (an asset);
- Attention to detail, creativity, curiosity, analytical mind, ability to solve problems;
- Good communicator and good spirit of synthesis;
- Demonstrate leadership, team spirit and possess excellent interpersonal skills;
- Demonstrate commitment and respect for deadlines;
