**JOB DESCRIPTION**

The Client Services Associate will be working in a small team and be responsible for all aspects of client operations. Reporting to the Manager, Client Experience, you will work independently to perform procedures, analysis, and report preparation to support the lifecycle of a client and the smooth operation of client accounts. You will flourish in this role if you possess a great attention to detail, have the ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy or quality, and have excellent communication skills.

**Responsibilities**
- Identify and resolve problems following established guidelines and escalate complex problems or issues to senior team members
- Conduct special analysis and handle data activities
- Under general direction, independently execute routine processes and resolve problems relating to client trading, reconciliation, settlement and/or the client reporting process
- Identify and resolve issues associated with client data, trade breaks, reconciliation breaks, and/or compliance breaches
- Prepare client reports and maintain controls in alignment with internal policies and

clients' needs
- Assist with the production of monthly internal metrics reports
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of CRM system including maintaining and updating client information, client holdings and market values
- Support firm and departmental initiatives through participation in projects, process

reviews and/or system enhancements
- Carrying out other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Two to three years’ experience in Financial Services preferably interacting with fund

managers, dealer firms and advisors
- University degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Advanced MS Excel skills, specifically: pivot tables, V/H-look ups, macros, what if analysis, power query, power pivot and dashboards
- Basic knowledge of financial processes
