**Title**: Virtual IT Manager
**Reports To**: Director of Technology

**Summary of Position**:
We are looking for an experienced IT leader with a focus on customer service and technology solutions that will act as the fractional IT manager for our customers.

The Virtual IT Manager provides clients with strategic IT leadership and direction, aligning IT initiatives with business goals. Work directly with customers as their IT leader to develop IT strategies, manage technology roadmaps, and ensuring compliance and security.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement IT strategies that support business objectives
- Create and maintain technology roadmaps
- Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards
- Oversee IT budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources
- Manage relationships with customers and leadership team
- Identify and suggest solutions to mitigate IT risks
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on IT matters.
- Assist Clients with cyber insurance compliance
- Develop entry-level IT disaster recovery and business continuity plans
- Complete Quarterly Business Review (QBR) execution with all assigned client accounts
- Maintain established key performance indicators (KPIs) for QBRs and training
- Efficient communication skills, in both written and verbal forms, to keep clients and management aware of work status, progress, and problem-resolution
- Manage projects specific to onboarding new customers
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management/leadership
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and emerging technologies
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with IT budgeting and financial management.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical C-suites, owners and stakeholders
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP) are a plus
- Willing to travel
