**Company description**

Kitchens Alive is a custom cabinet & construction company who takes the extra steps to ensure customer satisfaction.

In house, our Design Consultants meet with customers to discuss 3D design concepts and make selections based on the customers aesthetics.

On the job site, our construction specialists work together to make the design concept become a reality for the homeowner, using only quality Canadian cabinet manufacturers.

We are a small, but growing company who strives to be the best in the industry. Our clients rave about our customer service, expert advice and skill level.

**Job Skills **(2 required, additional skills are considered an asset)**
- Demolition
- Basic construction skills
- Preparing construction sites, materials and tools
- Loading and unloading materials, cabinets, tools and equipment
- Trim Carpentry (Finish Carpentry)
- Drywall/mudding/taping
- Painting
- Laying floor, tile, hardwood, LVT
- Backsplash installation
- Measuring & cutting with accuracy
- Framing
- Collaborating with other employees in a team environment and to problem solve
- Working with other trades e.g. electricians, HVAC, plumbers, engineer
- Able to look over floor plans
- All employees must perform site clean-up at the end of each day

**Requirements (Must have all below)**
- Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle
- Workers must be punctual and reliable
- Ability to do physical labour and other strenuous tasks
- High school diploma

**Experience: Kitchens Alive is willing to train, some construction background is an asset**

Wage to be discussed, and based on skill level, background work and qualifications

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
