If you like to fix things, have good problem-solving skills, like to keep things organized and clean, and like a variety of tasks each day - then this job is for you We are looking for a Maintenance Helper to start immediately to keep our facility and equipment in good working order, clean, neat and sanitized.

**JOB SPECIFICATIONS**:

- Superior problem-solving skills
- Skilled working with their hands
- Ability to work with a variety of hand and power tools, lawn and garden equipment, and cleaning solutions and chemicals
- Knowledge and understanding of cleaning, sanitization and maintaining a clean and tidy building and campus

**EDUCATION**:

- High School Diploma, _required_
- College Diploma in a skilled trade, _preferred_
- Valid and clean driver’s license, _required_
- Successful completion of WHMIS and Occupational Health and Safety on-line course, _required_ (can be acquired once hired)

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Two years’ experience working in maintenance, or a trade (construction, electrical, HVAC, plumbing) or similar experience maintaining buildings and a facility
