Crystal Clean Cleaning Co. is seeking a **highly reliable and committed Cleaner** to join our team. This role is best suited for someone who takes ownership of their work, values consistency, and understands that **client trust is earned through showing up — every time**.

This is not a casual or “when it fits” role. We are looking for someone with a **proven track record of reliability**, who is flexible with availability and genuinely cares about the experience our clients receive.

Schedule & Availability
- **Daytime availability required**:

- Weekdays are primary; **weekend and evening availability is an asset**:

- Flexibility for **occasional short-notice shifts** is highly valued
- Part-time with potential to grow into full-time for the right person

Location
- Nanaimo & surrounding areas
- Must have reliable transportation

Pay
- **$18-$23/hour**, based on experience, reliability, and performance

**Responsibilities**:

- Residential (and occasional commercial) cleaning
- Detailed cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing
- Following client-specific checklists and instructions
- Respecting client homes, privacy, and security
- Communicating clearly with management if issues arise
- Leaving each space clean, secure, and client-ready

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated reliability and strong work ethic **(essential)**:

- Cleaning experience preferred (training provided for the right person)
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Clear communication skills and professional demeanor
- Comfortable working independently in client homes
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass a background check
