Island Premier Contracting is a Parksville based construction company servicing both commercial and residential clients. We offer new construction, renovations, repairs/restorations and tenant improvements.

**Job description**

Island Premier Contracting (IPC) is looking for a motivated individual to join our team in the Central Vancouver Island region.

What you will do:

- Exteriors: Siding, Decks, Vinyl, Hardy, Fencing, Roofing and Concrete
- Interior renovations: Kitchens, Bathrooms, Additions
- Finishing Carpentry: Trim, Drywall, Paint, Doors and Windows.
- Commercial: framing, and remodels.

What you will bring:

- Some experience in construction and basic carpentry tools
- Ability to understand and follow safe work procedures
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work at heights
- Highly dependable, with excellent attendance and punctuality
- An eye for detail
- Willing to take direction
- Positive Attitude
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
