We’re looking for an **experienced and results-driven Subprime Finance Manager** who thrives on turning credit challenges into success stories. If you have the expertise to structure smart deals, the drive to outperform your peers, and the leadership mindset to own your results, this is where you belong.

**What You’ll Do**
- Take ownership of your leads and deliver a **high-conversion, customer-first experience** from first contact to delivery.
- Collaborate with our team to **match clients with the right vehicles** from our extensive inventory.
- Educate customers on **credit rebuilding and financial literacy** while creating trust and transparency.
- Maintain strong lender relationships to **maximize approvals and gross profit**.

**What You Bring**
- ** 2+ years** of proven experience in **automotive finance, lending, or subprime credit**.
- Strong working knowledge of **credit bureaus, loan structures, and risk assessment**.
- A **closer’s mentality** — confident, persuasive, and empathetic.
- ** Exceptional communication** and relationship-building skills.
- A self-starter who thrives in a **fast-paced, performance-driven environment**.
- Valid **OMVIC licence**, **clean driver’s abstract**, and **clear background check** required.
