**Position: NetSuite Administrator**

**Overview**:
**Job Type-**Full-time, Permanent

**Work Location-**In-Person, North York

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday

**Salary-**$90k/year

**Responsibilities**:

- Customize and configure NetSuite to meet business requirements, including creating custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, form layouts, searches, and reports.
- Maintain and support NetSuite updates, ensuring system performance and stability.
- Generate and manage reports, KPIs, and dashboards, providing insights for leadership and other departments.
- Manage and support data migration processes, ensuring successful integration and data integrity across multiple systems
- Provide ongoing systems and technical support for NetSuite users across all departments, including finance, CRM, warehouse, and eCommerce systems.
- Oversee and manage NetSuite CRM, Finance Systems, SCA websites, and Warehouse Systems integrations.
- Support NetSuite integration projects, including implementation, testing, and post-deployment support.
- Ensure proper configuration of NetSuite's financial modules (billing, payments, A/R, general ledger, and revenue recognition).
- Configure and manage bundle integrations to extend the functionality of NetSuite.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and business systems analysis to streamline processes and solve business problems.
- Manage and test EDI integrations to ensure seamless data transfer between systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience of 3-5 years in NetSuite customization and data migrations
- Degree or diploma is considered an asset
- Suite Foundation Certificate is an Asset
- Minimum 2 years of experience with CRM, Finance Systems, SCA websites, and Warehouse systems
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Willing to take responsibility and act independently when necessary
- Good organization and reporting skills
- Ability to efficiently use Microsoft Office and learn new programs

**Certifications**:
NetSuite Administrator Certification is required
