Sales and Design Consultant

York, Canada Italian Kitchen Cabinets Inc. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Meet with clients to discuss their design needs and preferences
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on design concepts, materials, and color schemes
- Create detailed design plans using CAD software
- Present design proposals to clients and make necessary revisions based on feedback
- Collaborate with other team members, such as architects and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends and market demands
- Learning our unique 3D software and create 3D drawings in coordination with the company owner.
- Update our website and social media per our guidelines (If needed).
- Maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- Providing the Daily, weekly, and monthly reports for owner's review.
- To respect the working hours, the importance of not using the cellphone or doing personal activities.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized workstation is mandatory.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Proficiency in CAD software for creating accurate design plans
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Experience in outside sales or a similar role is preferred
- Proven track record in sales, with the ability to negotiate and close deals
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Having a history in Design, interior, architecture background, sales or related education
- Strong verbal ability to communicate, response and follow up.
- Having an eye for details and colors
- Enjoying working as a team member and willing to be a self-starter
- Being well organized and professional appearance is mandatory.
- Working with google apps, MS Office, CRM software is the must.
- Being familiar with any 3D software, and photography skill is a HUGE PLUS
- Being able to be in control in the business hectic moments is very important.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Pay: $40,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
