We are looking for a reliable professional looking for a commission based wage.

A Leasing Agent has duties and responsibilities they must fulfill throughout the regular course of their job. Primary duties for most Leasing Agent positions include:

- Prepare properties for rent to show prospective tenants
- Give tours of open listings
- Portray the property and amenities in a positive fashion
- Use a variety of methods to advertise rental properties such as Facebook Market Place, Kijiji, Zumper, Pad Mapper, Rentals.ca, etc
- Determine the needs of potential tenants
- Maintain working knowledge of the property market
- Ensure the property is well-maintained and address issues to be completed before move in
- Collect and organize important documents and payments before move in
- Prepare lease agreements and screen potential tenants
- Screen and qualify potential tenants

Our units range from $1000.00 - 5000.00 / month. Compensation will based on a commission of the lease price. Projected to have 3-5 units leased per month. Work on your own hours hours and term Must be trust worthy and a have a good judgement of character.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $500.00-$5,000.00 per month
