Exterior Janitor

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Exterior Janitor** to join our team at College Park Mall. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the mall's exterior spaces, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for shoppers and employees.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sweep and mop exterior walkways, entrances, and outdoor seating areas.
- Empty trash bins and remove debris from parking lots and surrounding areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of public restrooms and outdoor facilities.
- Power wash exterior walls, windows, and sidewalks as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Ensure proper disposal of waste in accordance with environmental and safety standards.

**Requirements**:

- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred, especially in a commercial or mall setting.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
