We currently have an opening for a **Quality Assurance/Quality Control Inspector** at our facility in Calgary, Alberta. This role reports to the Director of Manufacturing and is responsible for completing tasks related to monitoring, testing, reporting, and ensuring quality of the product and processes throughout the facility.

**Specific Job Duties**:

- Assist the Quality Representative in all aspects of the Quality Management System.
- Assist in developing and improving existing standards and quality targets.
- Coordinate and process events and CAR investigations.
- Write reports and protocols including work instructions to ensure continuous compliance with all standards and certifications.
- Participate in audit programs (internal and external).
- Perform In-house equipment verifications.
- Perform System Test/Quality Control of finished goods.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree/Certification in manufacturing related field.
- 2-5 years experience in a quality position.
- Knowledge ISO9001 and ISO17025.
- Certifications in Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor considered an asset.
- Adept at problem solving and strong communication skills with an excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficient user of PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Ability to manage workflow pressures and competing priorities.

**Job Type**:Contract - 4 months, opportunity to become Full Time

**Schedule**:8 hour shift, Monday-Friday

**Work Location**:In office only, no remote work
