**Job Title**: Kitchen Staff

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Staff member to join our team. As a Kitchen Staff, you will be responsible for assisting in food preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations. Your role will be essential in delivering high-quality meals while upholding hygiene and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of ingredients and cooking of menu items according to recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including dishwashing and sanitizing work areas.
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, storing, and organizing kitchen supplies.
- Support chefs and other kitchen staff with various tasks as needed.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of food to prevent contamination.
- Dispose of waste and clean kitchen equipment as per company guidelines.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet customer demands.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions from senior kitchen staff.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices (training can be provided).
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects when needed.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Able to speak Farsi or Dari
