**Responsibilities**:

- Educate and engage children in various activities to support their development
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children under your care
- Assist in classroom management and organization
- Support lead teachers in implementing educational programs
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding child progress and behavior

**Experience**:

- Experience working with children in an educational or caregiving setting is preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a classroom environment

**Requirements**:

- A passion for working with children and supporting their growth
- Strong communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues effectively
- Ability to follow curriculum guidelines and assist in lesson planning
- Certification or coursework in Early Childhood Education is beneficial but not mandatory

Pay: $16.75-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
