**Duties**
- Coordinate food orders between the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure timely delivery to guests.
- Monitor the preparation of food items, ensuring they meet quality standards for presentation and taste.
- Assist in meal preparation and food handling, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness in the expediting area, ensuring all surfaces and equipment are kept clean and organized.
- Support cash handling processes by accurately processing payments when necessary.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing any concerns or special requests efficiently.
- Collaborate with cooks and kitchen staff to streamline operations during peak hours.
