We are a landscape maintenance company servicing commercial properties across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our winter services walkway crew. We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to help ensure safe and accessible environments throughout the winter months.

This is a temporary position; however, if it proves to be a good fit, there may be an opportunity for year-round employment in landscape maintenance

**Responsibilities**
- Clear walkways and pathways of snow and ice using hand tools and power tools.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate equipment efficiently
- Drive to various commercial properties to perform shoveling tasks
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks promptly
- Perform maintenance on tools and equipment as needed
- Follow safety guidelines to ensure a secure working environment

**Requirements**:

- Valid G class driver’s license
- Experience driving pickup truck and trailer
- Highly reliable and adaptable to changing schedules
- On-call availability throughout the winter season (November 15th to April 15th)
- Physically fit to work long shifts, including nights and weekends based on snowfall

**We offer**:

- Standby pay for On-call availability
- $26.00 to $30.00 per hour
- Performance Bonus at the end of the seasone

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary, Contract, Casual
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
