Structural Steel

**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced structural steel / steel dock fabricator. Work on barge on the Muskoka Lakes to construct steel dock and structural steel structures.

**Duties**:

- Read and interpret structural engineered drawings.
- Complete the installation of steel piling to support dock and boathouse structures.
- Fabricate and install I-beam dock structures.
- Fabricate from a plan and erect steel structures to support boathouse framing.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team members

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in steel construction, preferably in a leadership role.
- Experience in SMAW. CWB certification can be achieved during employment.
- Experience operating excavators and skid steers
- Experience with oxy-acetylene torches
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in team management with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group of individuals.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week
