The Lead Residential Cleaner plays a vital role in ensuring a welcoming, safe, and clean home environment for our clients. Reporting to the Owner, the Lead Residential Cleaner will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services independently while adhering to our all-natural, non-toxic, and pet-safe cleaning standards.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

Participate in ongoing development of a comprehensive routine of daily, weekly, and monthly household chores to ensure a clean and comfortable environment.

**General Duties**
- Organize and tidy miscellaneous items to maintain a clutter-free environment.
- Clean and sanitize the kitchen area, including all appliances, cabinets, and various kitchen equipment
- Steam clean carpets and various surfaces
- Perform detailed cleaning and disinfection of bathrooms
- Ensure beds are well-maintained and presentable
- Regularly attend to waste management by cleaning and refreshing containers
- Coordination of housekeeping, deep cleaning, or organization
- Follow cleaning checklists
- Ability to manage time effectively and independently

**Qualifications & Experience**
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of Residential Cleaning experience
- Janitorial experience is an asset
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Criminal Record Check
- Valid Driver’s License, current Driver’s Abstract

**Work Conditions**
- Ability to clean, sanitize, steam clean, wipe, organize, dust, and spot clean
- Physical requirements include moving furniture, bending, reaching, lifting objects, and navigating stairs
- Ability to handle and clean unpleasant situations, including handling and disposing of cleaning materials safely
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
