- Coordinate with drivers and monitor service delivery standards
- Ensure proper documentation and communication between dispatch and clients
- Track and manage vehicle releases, including verification and paperwork

**Administrative & Financial**
- Generate and manage invoices for services rendered
- Maintain accurate records of tows, releases, and client communications
- Work with our parking registration partner to ensure smooth data flow and compliance
- Monitor truck maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs or inspections

**Leadership & Strategy**
- Identify inefficiencies and implement systems to streamline operations
- Develop internal processes and SOPs for dispatch, invoicing, and client onboarding
- Support and mentor staff as the team grows
- Report to ownership with updates, insights, and strategic recommendations

**Qualifications**
- Flexible schedule and availability to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours as needed
- Strong time management and ability to prioritize under demanding conditions
- Proven experience in operations, logistics, property services, or towing (preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable with dispatch software, invoicing tools, and basic office tech
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (preferred)
- Knowledge of Edmonton’s condo/property landscape is a plus

**What We Offer**
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Flexible work structure and autonomy
- Supportive team environment with room to grow
- Opportunity to shape the future of a local business
- Protentional for growth bonuses
