**Receptionist**
As the face of the business, the receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and performing a variety of other tasks to ensure that their company runs smoothly. The receptionist will also provide administrative support as directed by the Office Manager.
**What will you do?**
- Greet people entering offices, answer questions and direct visitors to the appropriate people.
- Answer, screen and forward all telephone calls received.
- Separate and distribute all mail, courier deliveries and faxes to staff.
- Schedule and maintain all shared meeting rooms.
- Order and maintain all office supplies.
- Perform other clerical duties such as word processing, compiling, and recording data, maintaining files.
- Maintain departmental contact information.
- Provide administrative support as required.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
**What do we look for?**
- Must be able to Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- 2-5 years customer service experience.
- Experience in administration and/or office setting an asset.
- Able to work under little or no supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Desire for continuing education and personal development.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Experience in Adobe Suite is an asset.
