**Summary**:
As a sheet metal worker with G.B Mechanical, you will be involved in the installation of HVAC systems, duct work, refrigeration work, gas work and controls. Duct will include; rectangular duct work, round duct work, various forms of venting products, equipment and insulating of duct work. Experience on small refrigeration equipment such as residential air conditioners, AC split systems and small heat pump installations is preferred. A person holding a Gas Technician 2 license is recommended. Future growth in the company is always encouraged, with the possibility of obtaining extra licenses to achieve our objective. G.B. Mechanical works in Residential, Commercial, and Industrial environments.

**Job Skills and Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experienced at measuring, ordering and installing duct work of varying sizes
- Experienced with organizing and managing jobs and their associated scope of work
- Small refrigeration installations preferred
- G.2 License recommended
- Comfortable working in different environments and sectors of the HVAC trade
- G.3 Driver’s license is preferred
- Ownership of their own hand tools and small power tools, larger tools such as rotary hammer drills, pipe threader, etcetera, are provided

**Responsibilities**:

- Use hand tools and power tools to construct HVAC systems
- Follow blueprints and diagrams and relating them to the work to be done
- Drill, anchor and install equipment or sheet metal parts
- Measure, cut and shape sheet metal
- Has a self-motivated work ethic
- Has good organization and communication skills
- Ability to work in a safe and responsible manner
- Ability to work well with others, have good customer service and communication skills
- You will be expected to wear proper PPE (hard hat, gloves, safety glasses, etc.)

Pay: $82,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
