**Overview**

**Duties**
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, and assemble materials such as wood, metal, and drywall.
- Perform concrete forming tasks to create foundations and structural components.
- Install siding and other exterior finishes as required by project specifications.
- Ensure all framing work meets safety standards and building codes.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure timely project completion.
- Assist in heavy lifting and moving materials as needed on-site.
- Operate heavy equipment safely when required for specific tasks.

**Skills**
- Proficient in blueprint reading to accurately interpret construction plans.
- Experienced in using power tools such as saws, drills, and nail guns effectively and safely
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the workday.
- Strong carpentry skills with a focus on precision and quality craftsmanship.
- Competence in using hand tools such as hammers, chisels, and levels effectively.

Pay: $18.86-$42.06 per hour
