**Foundation Health Job Description**:

- Foundation Health is looking for a Registered Pediatric Dietician to join our clinic. As a Registered Pediatric Dietician with our team, you will:

- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for children and adolescents, considering medical history, growth charts, dietary intake, and laboratory data.
- Develop individualized nutrition care plans that promote healthy growth, development, and disease management.
- Provide counseling and education to children, parents, and caregivers on healthy eating habits, food allergies, picky eating, weight management, gastrointestinal disorders, diabetes, and other pediatric conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.
- Monitor progress and adjust nutrition plans as needed based on clinical follow-up and outcomes.
- Develop educational materials and resources to support family and community nutrition initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with professional, legal, and clinic standards.
- Stay current with pediatric nutrition research, best practices, and regulatory guidelines.

- **Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
- Registered Dietitian (RD) with the **College of Dietitians of Ontario** (or eligibility for registration).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with pediatric clients preferred.
- Knowledge of pediatric growth and development, medical nutrition therapy, and food service standards.
- Excellent communication, teaching, and counseling skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Skills in technology and experience with various EMR's and Microsoft Teams
