**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels using MRP systems and analytics tools.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory to ensure data integrity and identify discrepancies.
- Utilize data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI to present inventory metrics and trends.
- Collaborate with demand planning teams to forecast inventory needs based on sales trends and market analysis.
- Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance inventory management practices.
- Assist in materials management by coordinating with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Analyze inventory turnover rates and recommend strategies for optimizing stock levels.
- Support the sales team by providing accurate inventory information to facilitate order fulfillment.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in MRP systems, analytics, and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Experience in demand planning and materials management is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on process improvement.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with supply chain operations is a plus.
