Let It Flow Exteriors is a family-owned and operated exterior finishing company proudly serving Parkland County and Lac Ste. Anne County. We specialize in the installation of eavestrough, soffit, fascia, vinyl siding, James Hardie siding, metal siding, and faux stone. Our work includes mainly renovation projects with select new construction projects.

**What We're Looking For**:
We are seeking **experienced installers only**. You must be confident completing jobs from start to finish with mínimal supervision, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install vinyl and James Hardie siding, soffit, fascia, eavestroughs, and faux stone
- Measure, cut, and install exterior finishes to company standards and building codes
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
- Communicate clearly with team members and clients as needed

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience installing exterior finishes
- Willing and able to install James Hardie siding
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Not afraid of heights or working on ladders/scaffolding
- Physically fit - able to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Must be available to work in Parkland County and Lac Ste. Anne County

**Assets (Preferred, but not required)**:

- Fall Protection Certification
- Elevated Work Platform Certification
- First Aid & AED

Pay: $22.00-$35.00 per hour
