StoneRidge Insurance Brokers is seeking an Epic Implementation Support Specialist who excels at supporting internal stakeholders by analyzing numbers, coordinating with teams, and providing actionable insights and recommendations. You’ll play a key role in driving informed decision-making, fostering collaboration, and maintaining accurate, well-organized data, all within a culture that values professional growth and continuous learning.
Position: Epic Implementation Support Specialist
**Job Type**: Remote, Full Time, Permanent
Work Location: Anywhere in Canada that StoneRidge Insurance Brokers operates with a preference toward the GTA
Pay Range: From $70,000 CAD annually
**What You Will Do**:
- Support Applied Epic implementation activities for a P&C insurance brokerage, including system configuration and setup
- Assist with Applied Epic data migration, data mapping, validation, and reconciliation from legacy systems
- Support system testing, UAT, and go-live activities for Applied Epic
- Maintain accurate implementation documentation, including configuration records, test results, and issue logs
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and updates for the ePMO and Steering Committee
- Coordinate end-user training and develop Applied Epic user guides and SOPs
- Provide first-level Applied Epic support during rollout and post-implementation
- Work closely with Applied Systems consultants, IT, and business teams to track deliverables and resolve issues
- Communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders in a timely manner
**What You Bring**:
- 5+ years of experience in the insurance brokerage industry (Commercial Lines or Personal Lines)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Applied Epic (implementation, configuration, administration, or support)
- Knowledge of broker management systems (BMS) and insurance brokerage workflows
- Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, or Epic conversions
- Experience with UAT, testing, documentation, and change tracking
- Applied Epic Certification, CIP, CAIB, or provincial insurance knowledge considered assets
