Spreader Screed- Man

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and control the screed on an asphalt paving machine
- Ensure proper depth, width, and consistency of asphalt being laid
- Monitor material flow and communicate with the paver operator and other crew members
- Perform minor adjustments to the screed to maintain a consistent mat
- Assist in setting up the job site and breaking down equipment post-job
- Adhere to all safety protocols and project specifications
- Perform routine maintenance and checks on paving equipment

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Spreader/Screedman or similar role
- Knowledge of asphalt paving techniques and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends and overtime as needed
- 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (may vary by project)
