As a **Listing Agent**, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents in a safe environment promoting long term recovery. You will partner with the Nursing Supervisor and Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment for our residents.

**Position Summary**:The Listing Agent is responsible for selling properties found in listings by advertising them, acquiring property from buyers and sellers, and securing property from both buyers and sellers. **Other duties include**:

- Assist with preparing property descriptions.
- Assist in preparing offers of property.
- Assist in negotiating prices with buyers.
- Assist in preparing documents necessary for purchases from sellers.
- Assist in collecting overdue payments from previous buyers.
- Assist in completing all required documents necessary for selling properties by completing forms, obtaining necessary documents from the seller, and sending out invitations to bid. **Other duties include**:

- Assist in preparing property descriptions.
- Assist in preparing offers of property.
- Assist in preparing offers of contracts for properties to be purchased from prospective buyers.
- Assist in negotiating contracts with prospective buyers. **Assist in preparing documents necessary for purchasing properties from prospective buyers. **Assist in completing required documents necessary for purchasing properties from sellers. **Assist in preparing description of properties for bids from prospective buyers. **Assist in preparing offer packages for each prospective buyer according to state regulations regarding bidding procedures and price submission according to state regulations.

**Salary**: $79,362.00-$88,050.00 per year
