Advantage Contracting Ltd is a trusted leader in the civil construction industry, specializing in municipal utilities, roadwork, and infrastructure projects. We’re currently seeking an experienced Pipe Foreman to oversee the installation and maintenance of pipe systems for water, sewer, and storm utilities.

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate pipe installation crews, ensuring proper techniques and safety protocols are followed.
- Oversee the installation and fitting of pipes for water, sewer, and storm lines.
- Organize materials, equipment, and manpower on-site to ensure efficient work processes.
- Ensure all work is completed according to project specifications, safety standards, and municipal regulations.
- Collaborate with the site supervisor and project manager to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Monitor the quality of work, ensuring mínimal deficiencies and addressing any issues promptly.
- Enforce safety policies and practices on-site, ensuring a safe working environment for all crew members.
- Train and mentor crew members, providing guidance on pipework techniques and safety practices.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Pipe Foreman or in a similar role, with expertise in installing and fitting water, sewer, and storm pipes.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a crew.
- Deep understanding of construction methods, pipe systems, and municipal utility regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure work is completed to specifications.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with other site personnel and clients.
- Valid driver’s license and relevant certifications in pipe installation or heavy equipment operation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 - 60 per week
