Your primary function will be to support the needs of our participating businesses by delivering an effective analysis of their eCommerce and Digital Marketing needs. eCommerce teams will be expected to deliver professional reporting, strategic resources, and training for our business accounts.

Your secondary function will be to support the needs of our employees by providing impactful and knowledge-building work experiences. Professional and skills development is an integral component of the programming at IntegrateIT.

**Overview of Job Duties (vary dependent on role)**:

- Work with management to develop goals and objectives and an annual plan
- Develop an annual operating plan for the team and regular work planning
- Manage and monitor team leads, their work and activities for alignment with company goals and interests:

- Identify needed resources
- Delegate, and monitor activities
- Track progress against goals and objectives
- Schedule internal and external meetings to collect program feedback
- Identify any barriers to successful program execution and escalate as appropriate
- Ensure the continued development of our eCommerce framework (a set of tools to support eCommerce adoption with business accounts)
- Oversee development and delivery of strategic resources and training (including webinars)
- Recruitment, performance monitoring and disciplinary action of employees
- Work planning, scheduling, and payroll duties for employees
- Oversee monthly program reporting
- Any other duties that arise and are assigned by management

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Be between the ages of 17 and 30 (inclusive)
- Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person with refugee status (Work permits and student visas are **INELIGIBLE**)
- Be a high school graduate considering pursuing post-secondary education **OR** A recent graduate from a post-secondary institution **OR **currently attending a post-secondary institution (**Meet any one condition**)
- Answer all the prescreening questions
- Indicate if you are bilingual (French)
