**POSITION OVERVIEW**

We are looking for a passionate Associate Producer who is eagerly looking to immerse themselves in the world of commercial production.

**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Supporting our EP's and producers on shoots
- Supporting our EP's on working with clients early on in the bidding process
- Assist our production manager & EP's with providing client updates
- Help ensure deadlines are met
- Coordinate meetings between producers and creative stakeholders
- Sourcing and putting together short lists for locations, crew, equipment, and talent

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION**
- 2+ years experience in production or at an agency
- Based in Toronto or Ottawa, Canada
- Comfortable being the glue between clients and the Ajax team
- Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule; working hours are quite irregular and may involve weekends or evenings depending on the production
- Team Player
- Problem-solving mindset, with acumen for negotiations
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Customer service experience is a plus
- The working language is English.
- Traveling; this position will involve some traveling
