Customer Service Associate

Do you love crafting and DIY? Can't get enough of bath and body products? Then we just might be the right fit for you We are a small company supplying the handmade industry with all of the raw ingredients needed to make soap, bath bombs, lip balms and more We currently have two part time positions available in Customer Service for the Fall/Christmas season with a possible permanent position being offered at the end of the season.
Primary duties for customer service include:
- greeting and helping customers in our store, and accepting payments. Restocking as needed.
- answering phone to respond to customer inquiries
- order packing
Knowledge about soap making and other bath products is beneficial, but not necessary.
~ have obtained your secondary school graduation certificate
~ be available Monday to Saturday for your 4 hour shift (morning or afternoon).
~ be positive, punctual and work well within a team setting or on your own
~ be reliable and responsible
~ be detail oriented and able to work in an environment that can be fast paced, while maintaining organization and accuracy
~ have excellent communication and written skills
~ be comfortable with computers
~ be able to lift up to 25kg if a customer requires assistance
~ be able to stand for long periods
